  • Planning Your Trip
    Begin your journey by sending us an inquiry through our website or giving us a call. Share your interests, preferences, and as many details as possible about your dream adventure.

    Our dedicated Travel Researchers will craft a customized itinerary designed to inspire you. We carefully select lodges that contribute to sustainable tourism and curate unique experiences tailored to your passions, ensuring every detail of your trip aligns with your vision.
  • Refining Your Itinerary
    Once we’ve designed your personalized itinerary, we’ll share it with you, complete with all logistics and availability seamlessly arranged. Our goal is to create a plan you’ll absolutely love, so we’ll work closely with you to fine-tune every detail until it perfectly matches your vision.
  • Payment Process
    Once you’re satisfied with your itinerary, a deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit covers accommodations, flights, and conservation fees. The remaining balance is due 10 weeks before your travel date.

Before you set off, we’ll schedule a call to review your itinerary, address any last-minute details, and wish you a safe and wonderful trip.
  • During Your Trip
    Upon your arrival, one of our local partners will be there to greet you and assist with any immediate needs. Should any unexpected issues arise, like delayed flights, you’ll have access to a dedicated phone number and email for emergencies. We’re also available to help with non-urgent questions, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Most importantly, your time is yours to relax, explore, learn, and enjoy everything that your destination has to offer!
